100% Silk was running a successful physical retail store with a loyal following, but they faced challenges in growing their online store. They needed to turn their online store into a consistent and reliable source of revenue.

We also needed to reach new markets and fans who couldn’t visit the physical store in Toronto, taking the 100% Silk experience global. 

The solution

We started with a website audit and implemented changes to increase the conversion rate. Followed by setting up email flows on Klaviyo to nurture potential customers,  encourage conversion and increase customer retention. 

For acquisition, we targeted niche lookalike audiences, including high LTV lookalikes on Meta. We also ran Pinterest ads for awareness among the target audience and Google search ads for brand and designer promotion.
