The problem

Padium, a London-based Padel company, approached us as a startup looking to establish a strong presence in the market. Having never run paid advertising before, they needed a strategic approach to customer acquisition and brand awareness. Their goals were twofold: to attract new customers while also nurturing and expanding their existing customer base.

A key element was increasing visibility for the club, ensuring more people knew about the sport and their facilities. Additionally, they needed to drive footfall, particularly during off-peak hours, to maximise revenue and optimise court usage.

The results

Boosted their monthly court occupancy from 54% to 77% in under a year (11 months)

Drove an average of 2000 people to the booking platform each month via Google and Meta ads

We’re now approved to track and optimise Google Ads for in-store visits

The goal

To implement paid search and social strategy to effectively drive new customers to Padium, and increase weekly bookings all whilst boosting awareness and exposure.

The solution

To help Padium achieve their marketing goals, we built a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy from the ground up, setting up their ad accounts and crafting a tailored approach to paid advertising. Recognising the importance of a seamless booking experience, we provided conversion rate optimisation (CRO) recommendations for both their initial launch site and newly designed website, ensuring it was fully optimised to drive bookings.

Understanding that high-quality content is key to ad performance, we developed detailed ad content briefs and collaborated closely with Padium’s photographer and videographer to capture engaging, high-performing creative for paid campaigns. We launched Google Ads and were later approved to optimise our campaigns for facility visits, enabling us to track users who interacted with our ads and then visited the club.

To re-engage past customers, we introduced a monthly win-back email campaign targeting individuals who hadn’t booked in the last 30 days. Throughout our strategy, we maintained Padium’s luxury positioning, emphasizing its high-end facilities and premium experience while staying true to the brand’s tone of voice.
