The problem

We connected with Nexba through our friends at Bounce Creative. Before working with us, Nexba had focused on traditional retailers and supermarkets and had inconsistent results with online sales. Issues with logistics partners had meant that Nexba was often out of stock and lost money with online sales.

After overhauling its distribution and finding new logistics partners, Nexba wanted to reestablish trust in the market and increase their market share by driving online sales

The goal

Drive brand awareness for Nexba and increase online sales and revenue.

The solution

We created a multi-step strategy to reach our goals for Nexba that raised brand awareness for the top of the funnel and converted high-intent audiences into customers for the bottom of funnel. 

First, we uploaded first-time customer data to Google so that Google would know who Nexba’s target audience is. Next, we transitioned from Smart Shopping to Performance Max. Lastly, we implemented Google Analytics 4 to improve conversion tracking.

We used captivating videos, stories, and carousels to grab people’s attention and stand out on a crowded platform. The creatives utilised customer reviews, gifs, animations, and dynamic catalogue ads to convey our messaging.
