The first step was to add email to their marketing mix. We migrated Osei-Duro over to Klaviyo and added 5 additional flows with split tests to nurture and convert existing customers while re-engaging lapsed customers and browsers.
On social, we built out their re-marketing stacks to help keep the brand top of mind for longer and convert more potential customers who had shown interest.
We then turned our attention to the top of funnel. Through a range of testing, we gradually expanded the brand’s following, tapping into new audiences and markets as sales poured in from all over the US, Canada, and Australia.
