Elite Body Contouring is a multi-site business that had grown largely through word of mouth and referrals. When we began working with them, they already had a strong business and brand, having established themselves as Sydney’s premier Body Contouring Clinic over the past few years.

Despite investing heavily in digital advertising and agencies, their performance was poor, and a significant portion of their spend was being wasted.

Build a highly profitable digital customer acquisition sales funnel that consistently delivers bookings across all clinics.

The solution

After our initial strategy meeting, we audited Elite Body Contouring’s ad accounts and quickly identified several areas for improvement.

The first step was to overhaul tracking. We then developed bespoke creative tailored for social and mobile, incorporating video to drive engagement.

As paid social performance drastically improved and new clinics continued to open, we introduced an influencer content strategy to deliver more relevant, localised content to each suburb. We also began expanding into additional media channels such as TikTok.

Throughout the partnership, we’ve successfully navigated major industry shifts — including iOS updates, attribution challenges, and Meta’s strict Health & Wellness advertising policies — continually adapting our strategy to maintain performance.
