The problem

NeuroMoves is an established business with the largest footprint for their specialty across Australia. Historically, results from digital were poor, it wasn’t being used effectively to drive new customer acquisition. There were also issues with their conversion tracking set up.

The results

Created a new revenue stream for the business, whilst also helping launch new gyms successfully and providing some gyms with the unique problem of needing a waitlist as they were at capacity. 

Achieved a ROI of 6.33 – this covers media spend and agency fee investment

Brought in $285k in new revenue in the first three months.

We began with a full-scale audit of NeuroMoves’ digital presence, uncovering key gaps in account structure, tracking, and overall strategy. Results from past efforts had plateaued—not due to lack of potential, but from underinvestment in the right areas.

Our approach started with a detailed acquisition strategy tailored to their business goals. We mapped short and long-term plans, grounded in a competitive audit, extensive keyword research, and a deep dive into the analytics setup to uncover bottlenecks and missed opportunities.

With the groundwork in place, we overhauled their Google and Meta accounts from the ground up. Campaigns were launched for all 17 NeuroMoves locations, featuring hyper-local, gym-specific creative. These ads centred on authentic storytelling—highlighting the people behind the brand and the real impact of their programs. The result? Record-breaking lead volume
