The goal

Build a highly profitable customer acquisition sales funnel that consistently delivers high-quality leads for the Auto Artisan sales team.

The solution

Our strategy was to highlight Auto Artisan’s authenticity and leadership to position them as industry leaders. After a site audit, we worked closely with the in-house web team to optimise the landing pages, creating a user-friendly experience optimised for conversions. 

 

With the groundwork laid, we set about to overhaul the search account. On social we led with bespoke video creative, building separate funnels for the various services Auto Artisan offered. We used LinkedIn to target high-value customers, while YouTube ads further increased brand awareness, opening up a new audience of relevant auto enthusiasts. 

 

An automated email marketing strategy was the final piece of our multi-channel customer acquisition arsenal. By using an existing CRM, we provided a seamless way to nurture new leads and increase the lifetime value of their customers. 

 

In 6 short months, we’ve achieved exponential month-on-month growth and helped our partner open up a new 200-metre square workshop. Auto Artisan now has a bigger space and team made possible through a lead generation funnel, which consistently generates new business.
