Their short-term goal was to increase the number of registrations for workshops and online training courses by 20%. Their longer-term goal was to increase brand awareness of CELA as a Peak Body in providing Early Education and Care Training.
We initiated the project with a comprehensive audit of all channels, including CMS, Website, Meta and Google, with recommendations to improve all. Additionally, we devised a full-funnel acquisition strategy focusing on both customer acquisition and nurturing with precise audience targeting and vigorous ad testing and optimisation on Meta.
To further amplify CELA’s digital presence, we worked in an advisory role for Google Ads, which were managed in-house, and tested additional channels, including both Pinterest and LinkedIn ads.
