The problem

Decktec has an amazing product but it’s targeted at a historically stubborn audience of tradies who are resistant to change. They had used other agencies in the past with limited success.

The goal

The main objective is to consistently increase monthly revenue, however as the consideration period for this project can be long our secondary objective is to grow the database via a lead gen magnet.

The solution

Building trust amongst a sceptical audience was vital to success, influencer marketing and generating social proof were key areas for optimisation and growth. 

Another key piece in our acquisition & retention funnel was email and SMS marketing. We set up extensive email flows to nurture new subscribers and continually engage with them during the long consideration period (emails spanning 8 months). 

Our automated flows ran alongside our regular email & SMS campaigns to ensure Decktec remained top of mind the next time tradies were quoting a job.
