First step was to audit exisiting channels and map our the growth plan. We identified the key channels for improvement and outlined how we would target new customers.
We overhauled the existing email flows and developed new ones. The email flows were split into segments to nurture new customers and recapture existing customers.
On Meta, we targeted new YEVU customers across Meta with highly engaging creatives built for platform. The ads reached worldwide audiences to help YEVU break out from the Australian market, bringing in new customers from New Zealand, North America, UK and European markets.
A Google search strategy was implemented with Google Shopping and later Performance Max ads the key drivers of success on this channel.
